Q.	Where can I download ICQ?
A.	You may download the latest ICQ version at the ICQ download page.

Q.	Where can I find older ICQ versions?
A.	Older ICQ versions are not available anymore, sorry.

Q.	What are the system requirements needed for running ICQ?
A.	The minimum system requirements are: Pentium 100 class CPU or faster. 24 MB of disk space. 16 MB of available RAM. Active Internet connection.

Q.	I'm having problems downloading the ICQ program, is there another download site?
A.	If you encounter problems downloading ICQ from our site, please try to use our FTP site at ftp://ftp.icq.com/pub.

Q.	I downloaded the installation file and am receiving a 'CRC' error , what should I do now?
A.	Your download session may have been interrupted, please try to download ICQ again: http://www.icq.com/download/ ftp://ftp.icq.com/pub/ Note that the file size should be approximately 4.00 MB (4,194,304 bytes) in size, make sure you download the file completely before running it. If you had attempted to run the setup file from the desktop, this could be the cause of your problem. Please try to run the setup from another location.
